cheeki kea - I hadn't thought about landlords having to rid units of SADS victims' bodies. Doesn't sound like fun and the clean-up, especially if the body has been there for a while! A real consideration.
It is true that a landlord Can dictate the type of Tennant he requirers providing that choice is not in breach of the human rights act. Luckily there is no such thing as discrimination based on the perception of Biological Supremacy. There was not a problem when vax-freak accomodation providers Booted out unvaxed tenants or would not allow them to house or room viewings over the covid bs years and that was totally allowable but now the tables have turned lol. There's only been a few situations that have come to light but oh the big sob ... "that's not right" - "how can they get away with it" - "He reduced the rent and gave unit to a guy who had been Fired !" This is a quick look at the discriminations applicable to the human rights act in Canada for example and most other places. Anyone see a biological/medical status mentioned ? nope. They would have to call vaccination a disability. I think in some cases with vax shedding coming to light people running accomodation with shared facilities are getting nervous and there have been reports of vaxed lodgers suddenly dying and being found days later dead in their rooms.
