Turns out this old girl dear Queen Victoria the Only queen is causing problems. Diverse groups of subjects are reclaiming use of land on her chain and the absolute Free access to those areas at any time. Gates and fences unlawfully put up have been removed and fishing hunting and recreation have been restored. She was greedy in her generosity and had every last inch of land Mapped but only for recreation and amusement. ( can't think of anything better ) Both steampunks and natives are enjoying the old times still here and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
