I Quit Smoking
Doing just fine (see image). Started at age 10, trying to be like my Dad, uncles and Grandpa. Am now 52, with one heart attack under my belt. Dad is COPD, on oxygen 24/7, quit when he was 60. Younger brothers already quit. Well, at least I looked cool all those years, lol. Quitting cold turkey, by the way. No gum, patches or e-cigarettes.
