And this video has what relationship to NATO placing nuclear weapons in Finland?  You can't dispute the facts, so you go for character assassination.

Doc, There is a difference between affection and pedophilia. The first does not involve sex. Anyway, how does this relate to Finland allowing nuclear weapons on its border?

Not that the Soviets were angels, but they did offer several opportunities for Finland to avoid "Russian Aggression".  On 14 October 1920, Finland and Soviet Russia signed the Treaty of Tartu, which confirmed the new Finnish–Soviet border as the old border between the autonomous Grand Duchy of Finland and Imperial Russia proper. In addition, Finland received Petsamo, with its ice-free harbour on the Arctic Ocean.  In the 1920s, the Soviet Union had offered different non-aggression pacts with Finland, but they were all rejected.  1938, the Soviets did not trust Germany and that war was considered to be possible between the two countries in which Germany might use Finland as a base for operations against the Soviet Union.  If Finland fought against Germany, the Soviet Union would offer all possible economic and military assistance. The Soviets would also accept the fortification of Åland islands but demanded "positive guarantees" on Finland's position.  On 5 October 1939, the Soviet Union invited Finland to negotiations in Moscow. The Finnish government did not hasten to comply.  The Finns relied on military assistance from Sweden, Britian and France, during the actual war, however, Finland received no help.  Unable to secure help from Sweden, Britian or France, the exhausted Finns made peace (the Treaty of Moscow) on Soviet terms on March 12, 1940, agreeing to the cession of western Karelia and to the construction of a Soviet naval base on the Hanko Peninsula.  Having approached Germany without reaching a formal alliance, Finland allowed German troops transit through the country after the outbreak of war between Germany and the Soviet Union in June 1941. The Finns then joined the fight against the Soviets, undertaking the “War of Continuation.” An armistice signed on September 19, 1944, effectively concluded that conflict between the Soviet Union and Finland, contingent on Finnish recognition of the Treaty of Moscow and the evacuation of German troops (who refused to leave). The formal end of the Soviet-Finnish conflict came with the signing of a peace treaty in Paris on February 10, 1947.

As far as the Ukrainian starvation, The Ukraine was not singled out, millions of other Soviet Russians died of starvation during this time.  See “The Gulag Archipelago” by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn.

The Cuban missile crisis: Russia/USSR placed missiles in Cuba because NATO/US put Jupiter missiles with nuclear warheads in Turkey (agreement signed to do so in 1959, so USSR was very patient before they took action)) and the crisis ended when the US agreed to remove the missiles from Turkey.  Also, to deter another invasion attempt by the US/CIA into Cuba (Bay of Pigs).

You have to understand something about Ukraine and Finland. They have had a long relationship of Russian aggression going back to the 1930's with massive starvation killing a million Ukrainians in 1932 Finland had to fight off Russia several times even in WWII along with the Nazis as Ukraine did. All this shit goes back a long way. Should they be planting missiles on the Finland border with Russia probably not a good idea.It could be seen as provocative! All this because Biden is covering his ass!

What do think the Cuban missile crisis was all about in 1962 when the Russians were installing nukes 90 miles from Florida in Cuba? Russia aint innocent.

Finland is Trying to Become the Next Ukraine

"In a move that could risk infuriating Russia, nuclear weapons could possibly be positioned in Finland if the country's application to join NATO is approved, according to a report from a Finnish newspaper."

LP - Exactly.  NATO keeps encroaching on Russia's borders and it's natural for them to see it as a threat.  Especially true because NATO western countries have openly stated that Russia is their enemy.

The New Year's fireworks will be amazing.

The Finnish parliament is full of ridiculous morons.

Who believe putting nukes next ro Russia would scare them off. Just think about it. Russia was no threat to Finland in the first place. Russia attacked Ukraine because it became a threat and had already killed thousand of Russian speaking civilians in the separated southern provinces. Now Finland is becoming a threat to Russia. What can you expect next?
