I remember the asbestos scandal james hardie and their bs and lies until they had to pay out 1.6 billion in compensation, as people died an awful and painful death. As for smoking I think vape is way more dangerous so I stick to cigarettes myself - gave up once, while expecting just in case, but all other mums who did smoke while expectant had perfect healthy kids also. Not sure it made any difference at all. I would Not recommend Drinking while expecting though, as the outcome is unlikely to be a good one.
