Good and righteous rulers are as rare as to find a perfectly ripened sweet fruit or berry on a massive tree or bush. When a good one comes around, he'll often be devoured by hyenas or be tempted/forced to sell his own name and soul for material goods in order not to be taken out in the rise to power
