Ohio man indicted for reportedly threatening to kill Congressman
WSYX/WTTE) —
A Westerville, Ohio man is facing up to 10 years in prison for allegedly threatening U.S. Represntative Steve Stivers and a member of Stivers' family.
E. Stanley Hoff, 68, was indicted on one count of threatening to assault and murder a United States official. A Justice Department release says Hoff is accused of calling Stivers' Hilliard office and leaving threats on the voice mail. Hoff was arrested June 21st, and is being held without bond.
