I posted it to motivate a friend to eat well. I'm 56 now so I'm as fit as a 56 year old guy can be that looked like that at 33 and maintained a proper diet since then. No grain, no dairy and primarily fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds with a tad bit of turkey now and then. No corn.
