However over the covid BS period I posted links to his page of studies clearly indicating smoking helped prevent physical problems associated with coronavirus and he should look into the positive aspects of nicotine instead.( very few smokers were testing positive for the virus ). Anyways he seems to have taken a different angle regarding Mental health benefits that I did not know about but it's a damn good start for someone promoting quit smoking. P.S Nicotine just loves beating therapeutic drugs to waiting receptor sites so is good for you in so many ways.
