That cops used to actually KNOW something about gun safety?
Now, they just spray, reload, spray, reload, spray, reload, until the "dangerous perp" (you know, like those 68-year-old grandmothers or 13-year-old children playing cops 'n robbers or yappy terriers) stops moving.
