Stop immoral scarcity and start paying people proper amount of money. In turn, our spending will build businesses which will employ more people, and so on.

yeah, nah  What we really need to measure The Economy with is  P r o d u c t i v i t y , anyone remember that word ?, not many people seem to in these sudden times. If we measure the economy by how well the disadvantaged are doing, there would be no economy to measure on in the first place.
