Putting bad guys off the streets to stay in isolation until they see the errors in their ways is better than leaving the bad guys to run rampant or being shot in the back by pissed off citizens. A happy medium must be reached. The LDS church was formed around 1805 in upstate New York by allowing a large group of prisoners with the LDS fraudsters to go if they all left town. What happened PROVES that liberated criminals run amok sooner or later. The LDS church is now working with The City of London/Rothschild bank in bankrupting the U.S. while working double overtime to monopolize farmland in Central America, Africa, and elsewhere.The two states collecting the most welfare and Food Stamps and the rest are Utah and Hawai'i. Idaho also shows above average welfare-etc. consumption. Best to hunt criminals and teach them better. Hemingway went too far, as did the clown in the t-shirt.
