ha ha whoa. Here we see a classic example of an employee who suffers from IED and he'll require anger management and kindness. His supervisor who could have prevented this had he not been washing up at the time due to his OCD should be offered EAP services. In fairness and as part of the diversity and inclusion program I would suggest an informal 12 month self montitered improvement plan be actioned for both employees asap. After completing the plan the issue can be addressed again if necessary. In the meantime all politicians visiting their staff cafeteria should be cautious.
