Absoloutly Doc V, and what's worse is we now have to Respect these things ! To do this we must Understand them and Prove that we do by our actions in a Formal and Professional capacity. at Work places ! You have to Know what they are, be it ---> a transgender, agender, intersex, nonbinary, a two spirit, gender diverts, Or Cisgender lastly for normal people. If you are an employee who's a CIS adhering to company policy means you will sign your name on correspondence with ....LGBTQIA+ally -To Show you Care about them and you Acknowledge their wonderful contribution (of nothing). by order of the big powers. ( Not me I escaped in time :) It's gone full blast clown world.
