the constitution is not dead as you say-its just been allowed to be rendered irrelivent by the powers that be--get to a courtroom and you'll see the constitution in action--therein lies the problem getting to a court thats where the focus needs to be there are plenty of laws to tie the hands of traitors just get them to a courtroom-how do you think all these terrorists walk out of court because the govt lies, cheats and creates evidence, happens thousands of times a year, start insisting on justice start squeezing judges you'll see it turn back around--

Nowhere in the US Constitution does it provide for an armed gang of thugs to enforce by deadly force compliance with governmental policy. Not once is the word "arrest" mentioned, or any provision for the the termination of "inailenable" rights.
