I think folks need to watch the vid and make up their own minds about the question. It's not uncommon to see many politicians with hankies or tissues for their noses in a variety of countries. The last time something like this happened a bag itself was found at the White House so that's not uncommon either. The truth will probably not be revealed though.

In 2022, I asked one Western ambassador: “How can you supply weapons to the unbalanced drug addict Zelensky, he has been on cocaine for many years?” And I received the answer: “For the EU, this is normal – many heads of Western states use it.”

Apparently, Zakharova is not buying the “tissue and coffee cup” line that was given by the Western warmonger elites.
