They are all considered Ishmael by YAHWEH ELOHIM for the last 2,000 years. [Gal.4] So, it doesn't really matter. They have broken every conditional covenant,YHVH conditionally granted them territory (and standing) by. They have no legitimate claim to either territory or standing. They have broken every contract. It has all been null and void for 2,000 years.
