Being a member of RAP I recieved this in an email last night. I found a great write up on it this morning. This needs to go viral severally. Everyone needs to know about it so the Hague courts cannot ignore it.

Read the Declaration we served the Governors of all 50 States on the 30th of March. If you believe in America and the principles she was built on.
