Funny !!! A cop & America's Dumbest Criminal of ALL TIME!!

This is funny and sad at the same time... cops in the US harass cannabis smokers to the max charging them when they have but a few joints but they didn't charge this a-hole for stealing it ! This definitely needs to go on America's dumbest criminals, lol.
