James, I agree but you get to the point of exhaustion sometimes when you cant even trust a wife much less your own family. However, I'll keep holding on!

You can still be whatever you want to be. Just a matter of pulling yourself up by your bootstraps one more time (no matter what AOC thinks about that phrase, lol).
Never got to the "man" part before the world started stepping on me, but in answer to the post title question, I guess it's kind of like every super-villain and Clint Eastwood film backstory. Just wanted to be left alone to mind my own business, and... (to be concluded, with much violence, in time).
