@ Thomas, the police departments have been preparing for this for a while. They are afraid that the urban centers will riot if Obama doesn't get reelected. I have family in law enforcement that confirmed this over a year ago. Had conversations in 12160 administration meetings about this very thing. If Obama wins the popular vote and the electoral college gives it to Romney like they did in the Bush Gore election, the intention there may be to instigate racial tensions.

I believe the 2008 blackout in the northeast may have been a beta test to gauge public reaction and riot potential. People behaved during that. There's hope for humanity I think. 

Then again some of the ignorant shit on this blog makes me wonder.

I'd sure like to know where all this riot stuff is coming from.......i haven't seen or heard of it but one time...a judge in Texas......Mr Harris, i live just outside Cincinatti, and like wise have heard nothing of the sorts.......oh yea, i am white......if there is a civil war, its gonna be the "people", ALL people regardless of color against the GOVERNMENT........people are fed up witht he crap and have been ffofr some time, not just here, but all over the world...........it WILL be over econimic collapse and nothing more, regardless of who gets elected.........
