Watch This! Woman Arrested for Speaking At City Council Meeting in Arizona
This is nuts! I hope they get sued for this.
Quartzsite, AZ - The Mayor is challenged under a recall election beginning next month. Accusations have been made. The city council is persecuting the Mayor for giving the people a voice. The Chief of Police is also involved in the scandal.
Jennifer Jones is given the floor at a city council meeting open to the public. While she is speaking the council realizes she's about to air their dirty laundry and quickly beckons their henchman to cart her off.
The crazy thing about this is the Mayor was on Jennifer's Jones side. The city Council was not, so she went to jail. If you have been given the floor, under law they can not take a vote to have you removed. You have a right as a citizen to speak at these meetings. If the City Council gives you the floor, they can't revoke it just because they don't like what you are saying, or fixing to say.

Things are getting way out of hand in the United States; for sure. The Politicians do not want another 'Greece' situation also Egyupt!! The situation with protesting would be huge. If the Americans can riot over a hockey game - then 'taking to the streets' would be a disaster!

Bad cops,bad assembly members. Not much anyone can do really. Complain to who? They can call the national guard or do about anything they want. Try to stop them and you got war,just like the mafia wars in the 20's,most likely you wind up in the desert very dead. Most all try to keep saying about justice,there isn't much pf that anymore.

the mayor cant deprive rights,he is bound by oath of office to constitution,which is supreme law,stated in marbury v madison,article 6 states any thing contrary is not with standing.the little potentate should be lynched under usc 18 section 2381 for treason.enforce the law against law breakers under oath.
