There has also been a mad rush to get smart meters installed on every home in California against the will of the people bypassing safety testing procedures etc. I believe it is another ingredient.The entire recipe consists of 

1. Weather Modification/Geoengineering. Massive amounts of nano aluminum have been dumped on CA via aerosol spraying over several decades. Aerosolized aluminum is not only highly flammable, it also works as a drying agent. It also ends up in the water systems and the trees take it up internally. This is evidenced by the trees dying everywhere that look like they are dehydrated. The draining of the dams has also assisted in drying up entire orchards. There never has been a drought. Diverting rainfall artificially creates plausibility to play the drought scam. The drought scam is used to provide cover for the drying up of the forests.

2. Smart Meters. The mad rush to get smart meters installed, bypassing all safety protocols and disregard for citizens concerns and going about it like it has to be done no matter what and nothing will stop them from doing it portrays a sense of desperation. There is no logical reason for it. The result is higher costs and lower safety, not to mention the health effects. However, it does provide the means to detonate your home via remote control.

3. DEW's (Directed Energy Weapons). As you have shown, there can be no doubt that the technology exists and has for quite some time. We don't hear about these things until way after the fact. With all systems finally in place, after decades of pre-planning, bring on the DEW's. You can compare it to spreading a layer of gun powder over your lawn and then throwing a match on it.

The U.N. Agenda 21/2030 has made it clear what their intentions are for California. It is to be turned into a wildlife corridor with practically no areas open to humans. That is the justification they will use. Already many areas that have been burned out are not letting the homeowners rebuild. They use different reasons such as the discovery of ancient artifacts in the area and so on. I can only speculate on Agenda 21 based on circumstantial evidence. Regardless, no matter what or who is behind this attack, there is no question in my mind that this is a well coordinated, pre-meditated plan that has been culminating over the last 25 to 30 years if not longer and is now coming to fruition. NONE of what we are seeing is the result of natural processes. Natural fires do not burn hot enough to disintegrate porcelain or melt automobiles. Period!

Thank you cat. I simply don't have time to post all of this stuff. This is just the tip of it. There is massive amounts of evidence to back this up.
