6.4 quake hits off east coast of Japan: USGS
AFPUpdated June 18, 2012, 8:01 am
The US Geological Survey said the quake had a depth of 31 kilometres (20 miles) and hit at 5:32am (2032 GMT Sunday) some 140 kilometres east of the city of Sendai.
In March last year a 9.0-magnitude undersea earthquake off Japan's northeast coast triggered a monster tsunami, leaving about 19,000 people dead or missing and crippling the Fukushima nuclear power plant.

Sounds like HAARP doesn't like the Japanese again.
Okay, let's assume for a moment that these disasters are not man-made. Really? Compare the frequence and types of these disasters with 100 years ago or even 40 years ago as a "control group". Last I checked, God loves the Japanese people as much as he loves the rest of us-- what are the odds that these "frequency elevated" disasters are NOT man-made?
None.
