750,000 Ohio votes in and nearly 65 percent say "Yes" to Issue 3, freedom to choose health care
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- State Issue 3 appears to have already won the state.
With nearly three quarter of a million votes in at 9 p.m., nearly 65 percent of Ohioans favor the proposal to prevent Ohioans from being forced to participate in a health care system.
The official language says it is a proposal to "preserve the freedom of Ohioans to choose their health care."
In Cuyahoga County, the issue is passing by 81,418-55,560, according to the Ohio Secretary of State.
Issue 3 is being approved in every Ohio county which has reported tallies so far.
