Norman Scath

      I've just been speaking to Norman to see how he's going and if he is ready for this weeks hearing at Manchester Magistrates Court on the 23rd February 2012 at 1:45pm, when he blew me down with a feather with his shocking revelations as to what else he has had to endure since his release from Leeds prison last August.

     As following on, and as recent as late October 2011, and like I say, despite all that Norman had previously suffered last year, he is still finding himself hounded by the police, and is incredibly accusing his own landlords of colluding with the police, by providing an empty property in the same shared block where he lives, - and where five police officers lay in wait, as they had been allowed to gain entry to the secured intercom only door at the main entrance and an empty flat, - to pretend as if they were a new family moving into the property down the hall, because around 10am in the morning, a young women [an undercover police officer] knocked on his door and asked him if he could assist in a task to help her and her granny move in next door bar one or two flats away.  After some minutes, as he had to get dressed, ever willing to lend a hand Norman, goes to the flat down the hall, though there was no cute old granny waiting for him, as he was pounced on and greeted by five or more police officers!  

     It turns out that at least nine police officers both male and female, had come all the way from Leeds and arrested Norman and his long life friend, whom he often refers to as his niece Tracy, - she had only given him a lift home, yet she too was carted off back to Bradford police station, her home was raided and her computer confiscated.  She was held for 10 hours, and released without charge, though she still hasn’t received here commuter back, as the police have confirmed it’s still being forensically tested, i.e. they are going through it with a fine toothcomb.

     Norman accuses the Incommunities Group, who are the asset management company that run’s his sheltered housing accommodation, of having supplied the police with the keys to the property next door, and is suing the company for £200,000 compensation for conspiring to ‘entrap’, with the intention of arresting him, so as they could then get him out of the way, and then break into Norman’s home without his permission, - to confiscate all his appeal papers, computer and mobile telephone, thus everyone’s phone numbers, - as this seems to indicate they are too wanting to see who he is in connection with and what they might be planning next.

     Norman and Tracy were then escorted away to Bradford police station, where he spent a 17 hours and kept in a cell with a hard wooden bench, when his 86 year old frame’s spinal condition requires regular change of position and a special bed.

     Eventually, a duty solicitor came and was only released close onto midnight, and charged him with the two trapped up charges he is attending the courts for this Thursday the 23^rd February 2012, after already having appeared before the courts on November 17^th 2011, - he was released on bail, under various conditions.

     It’s been suggested that certain members of Incommunities are Freemason’s, and that this is why it was possible for the police to have been working outside of their normal jurisdiction, - as a warrant for his arrest would have been suffice to just knock on Norman’s door and arrest him, - but they know this still wouldn’t have been legally adequate, for what they wanted to do next, which was to be able to gain entry to Normans home, and to do so would require an additional ‘search warrant’. 

     As why was it necessary to carry out this kind of covert operation?  Is it because they knew they weren’t able to get an arrest warrant, for there was no crime committed and therefore no reason for Norman’s arrest, it’s appears it was done for the sole reason to be able to obtain his personal property and see what’s been going on from Norman’s HQ!

     So it is for these reasons he is also suing the government and the police for £20,000,000 for having to endure, and in the whole of his retired life he has suffered 17 years of persecution, harassment, false imprisonment and all the duress the police and the judicial system in general have forced upon him and still are, - an 86 year old war veteran that wanted to do nothing more than expose the ‘truth’.

NORMAN'S NEXT HEARING 23rd FEBRUARY 2012 AT MANCHESTER MAGISTRATE COURT AT 1:45pm**

**It's also important to note, and further proof of how awarkward they are making it for Norman, is that Manchester Magistrates Court is 40 miles away from Norman who dosen't drive, so to be there for 9:30am, is rediculous, - okay it can be argued that the court will not sit until 10:30am, however his court papers state 9:30am, [as you can see the court has since confirmed to Norman the hearing will start at 1:45pm]- he contacted the court house last week and spoke to the Clerk of the Court, to see if he could have a later time, they asked him to write in and request this, though he has of yet had no reply.  So he is heading for the court, trying to make that 9:30am time, though he asks people whom may wish to support him, to bear with him, but he will arrive.
