When will all things equal out and justice prevail?

When will truth finally tell the tale?

When will the human mind avoid being so frail?

Tell me when that boat will sail,

When I become a being of light?

And I can make everything alright?

Gathering moss like a rolling stone

Your beloved pet who finds their way home

When the evil dictators are dethroned

When the truth to all is finally known,

When a superior civilization eclipses man

When the final hour is at hand

When things finally go as God planned

We can see the tracks of his footprints in the sand,

When it comes to seagulls flying out to sea

The creation of all things in unison perfectly

What is and never should be

You gave us the will to choose freely,

But when will this come to pass?

Can man ever overcome and outlast?

These are the thoughts that leave me aghast

If there’s a storm please lash me to the mast,

When I become a being of light?

And I can make everything alright?

Pardon my skepticism

Seems there’s a blockage in the system

Way too much agnosticism

Unfortunately a lack of wisdom.
