EXCLUSIVE: Adam Kokesh, A Modern Day Political Prisoner?
1 week ago | Interviews, Politics, US | Posted by Kristin Tate

October 29, 2013

Libertarian activist Adam Kokesh has been in jail for 114 days (92 of which he was held by the feds) with no bond, no bail, and no trial. 57 of those days were in solitary confinement.

Clearly, this Kokesh fellow is a dangerous threat to society… Right?

Criminalizing a medical condition (drug addiction) based on lies (cannabis prohibition) pseudo-science, and misinformation, and using public funds to print and distribute deliberately false and misleading information, based on lies, and contrary to enumerated powers granted by the constitution to the federal government, the true criminals are the federal government.

The second amendment doesn't say anything about drugs. Doesn't mention illegal guns either. It say's the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, coupling drug possession with gun possession to infringe on that right, isn't mentioned either. The constitution says what the government can do, not what the people can't do. When the government breaks the law, who enforces it?

Okay, I heard it was shrooms. Having guns in your residence is now illegal? I wonder if weed was specifically mentioned on the warrant? They said they took "unregistered ammo" too. WTF is "unregistered ammo? Ammo isn't a gun and doesn't have serial numbers, how do you register something without serial numbers? And what do they do give you a sticker for each bullet? These people are insane.

hey JB, they found the weed/guns in his residence when the search warrant appeared

"Adam's daddy is a bankster" - hmmm - did not know that.

"Keep your eyes open and don't prostitute yourselves to Adam Kokesh, or anyone else."

Good advise.

Where'd the pot charge come from? It was shrooms that they "found". So much for the great worrior. Or is this what you get when you have a public pretender?
