We pay the government to be dictators over our lives.  Bartering is a NATURAL human right!  Solution: wake up and stop being the slaves of the Fascists.

Democracy is MOB rule and always leads to dictatorship.

i agrree that "it shouldn't be illegal" , but if a free community found that an act was in some way detrimental to it's subsistence , it could put the matter to a vote , and may possibly forbid it's recurrence .

  I have partaken of the moose creature a few times. Believe me, the moose population needs protection. That is some tasty stuff. Hunting should only be done by people who know how to process the carcass, and do it efficiently and safely . Now, we have to consider the  NWO swine and look for BSE and Mad Cow, which Evergreen Airways may be spraying when they are not busy seeding clouds and gaming the weather derivatives market at tax payers' expense and their black economy profits.

Alaskan Game Laws ..... i know not of , so will not attempt reply .

However - i do think the guy should have kept it underground , put the meat on ice , let the word of a trade pass along family and friends and so on, which is most likely the usual way of trade, as throwing it out in the open, as he did , could/has brought it to the attention of the Law and so could imagine this to have caused a smidgen of anger in those communities which may rely on a brotherhood of bartering, though oddly those same folk may not be so unhappy at the aggressiveness of the situation , as for their sake , could see it as a gate to the outside that's best kept closed .

That trooper needs to be deported to China ... seriously that should be the policy. We'll keep laws like that on the books and if any JACKASS enforces them we deport them. Great way of weeding out psychopathic power tripping thugs.

 The new world order can't stand the idea of bartering because it leaves them out of the life/control equation. I opted to work for myself and trade/barter with my clients who are mostly poorer - this allows me to exclude the 'government' and allow us to live without 'those in control' extracting 'their commission' from any transaction.
