-- As another Gun Free Kill Zone claims lives
Last night's shooting in Aurora, Colorado was extremely tragic, as more than a dozen people were killed in another Gun Free Kill Zone.
At the opening showing of “The Dark Knight Rises," James Holmes dressed up in costume and murdered several people while the movie was barely thirty minutes into the story. The gunman used a movie gunfight to cover his actions and further surprise the innocent patrons. Worse, the theater in Aurora reportedly has a "no guns" policy.
Despite gun control's obvious failure, the calls for more restrictions have already begun:
* Piers Morgan of CNN came out of the box, calling for more gun control in the wake of the shooting.
* New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg said the strategy of people arming themselves for self-defense just "doesn't work."
* And the Brady Campaign took the opportunity to tell the nation that, "This is yet another horrific reminder that guns enable mass killings."
Tragically, many were killed last night. But it is also tragic that there was not another gun-toting Samuel Williams at the theater -- the senior who rescued several Floridians against two armed thugs at an Internet cafe last week. (You can read the story and watch the exciting video here.)
And of course, while the national media is sure to focus on this Aurora, Colorado shooting for days to come, there is another shooting in that same city that you probably heard nothing about -- when a worshipper at an Aurora church stopped a shooting this past April.
In that shooting, the bad guy was only able to kill one person in the parking lot, as the armed hero took him out before any other damage could be done.
Funny how the national media tends NOT to pick up stories where the good guy stops the perp!
To keep this in perspective, whenever we hear about horrid shootings like the one last night in Aurora, Colorado, we should remember that guns save as many as 80 lives for every one that is tragically taken. See the Gun Owners of America Fact Sheet here.

Agreed Oh Krypt Kee Keeper, and the first one's to contact would be Gander Mtn., Bass Pro Shops, and Tactical Gear.com. They have a key interest at this point to point out that if the Theater was not a GUN FREE ZONE, then there most likely would not have been any massacre.

We need to turn this into a nation wide second amendment rally. Encourage people to invest in handguns and apply for concealed carry permits.

None of this explains Tear Gas or CS canisters, nor the so-called intricate booby traps for the boobies of the Police Dept., and therein lies your clue.
Also, I must once again point out that all friends have stated that Holmes was a big comics fan and loved the villains, right? Well if so, then how could he die his hair red and call himself "The Joker", when in all comics and movies...the Joker has green hair! This is clearly a setup by the CIA funded UCD program, and FBI handlers that were going to step in to save the day as he went about his programming...and Holmes either popped his cap too early, or the FBI allowed it to happen on purpose.
Poor kids and people that died and were injured in an obvious set up that either went wrong, or was allowed to proceed. If so, all the blood and misery hangs squarely on the handler's shoulders, may God have mercy on your souls. My heart goes out to all the victims.

BTW, just make one small point here... The Cops keep saying this boy dyed his hair red and said he was the Joker....and classmates claimed he was a comics and movie's buff, and always liked the Villain, right? THE JOKER'S HAIR WAS GREEN!

"A University of Colorado-Denver spokeswoman said Holmes enrolled in a Ph.D. program in neuroscience a year ago but was in the process of withdrawing at the time of the shooting.
It was the worst mass shooting in the U.S. since the Nov. 5, 2009, attack at Fort Hood, Texas. An Army psychiatrist is awaiting trial for killing 13 soldiers and civilians and wounding more than two dozen others.
In Colorado, it was the deadliest since the Columbine High School massacre on April 20, 1999, when two students opened fire in the Denver suburb of Littleton, killing 12 classmates and a teacher and wounding 26 others before killing themselves. I understand your frustration and both of your pain. What all historians overlook in the founding of this nation is that women did fight...many teenagers. But not to take away fomr your postings...know that we are there and we always have been. It all comes down to whom fires the first shot.
