Thank you for posting this important question. NO, "police", and SWAT aren't mentioned anywhere in the constitution. The idea that a gang of armed thugs, that follow different laws than the rest of us, who kill without due process, or a fair trial, with immunity, who conflict of interest with the courts, is absurd and completely against the concept of freedom, and liberty. The people were supposed to take care of their own affairs, and the courts were to settle disputes, not ram an unfathomable amount of law and legislation, down our throats, at unjust cost for attorneys to sort through the garbage, and pick out the least stinky of the pile.
