I received an incredibly interesting email from TV weatherman Scott Stevens who folks in the Pacific Northwest may recognize. He's been taking a lot of pictures of
anomalous clouds and sent us the following email (used by permission).
This report was first presented during the last week of October 2004, but
Scott followed up a CD of dozens of photos of "digitized" looking weather -
which are appended following his report...

Take a look - read his report - look at the pictures - and see if everything looks "normal" to you... He's got dozens of pictures that don't look like anything in the textbooks to us.

Original Report

Thanks for maintaining urban survival… it is one of five sites I have to visit each morning.

I am a meteorologist at an affiliate in the Northwest who now uses scalar weapons signatures within the clouds to better my forecasting record. After closely watching high-resolution visible satellite imagery
there is no question in my mind that these storms weren’t altered and
guided to their final destinations. No doubt what so ever. I have come to
a further conclusion; that the entire Earth’s weather had been digitized.
There is not a flood, thunderstorm, cyclone, or drought that isn’t allowed
to happen. Control over global weather is complete. This way it is much
easier to control portions, hurricanes/storms, within this system.

Below is a visible image taken from the NWS/Pocatello, ID page June 7th at 7pm MDT 2004…

Several points of interest:

1) The squall line is cut into segments/digitized.

2) Sharp break toward the SW end of the line

3) Missing square toward the end of that squall line

4) Square cloud over Billings MT

5) Two square clouds, thin ones, over the north end of Yellowstone…

6) Two straight line clouds one run N/S the other E/W above/north in the NW quadrant of this image. Also note a pivot cloud to join the two.

with the orientation tilted ssw/nne. A sun spike radiates nearly due west from the radar dish as this image was captured with the sun angle at 1 degree off the western horizon.

Square clouds like this don't make sense to us, either. Stevens has been taking literally thousands of pictures of clouds that don't seem to behave as they should from a classical
meteorology standpoint. His question? Is there some combination
of chemtrails and scalar weapons at work to control earth's weather?
I'd be willing to bet more than a few people in Florida are wondering the
same thing...

No doubt Stevens will take some heat for going public here, and we've careful not to give his station affiliation, but it appears he's doing good basic science: making
observations and trying to correlate them with known phenomena. When
things don't fit, he's asking the obvious question.

Comment by Sweettina2 on August 24, 2010 at 6:09pm: Thank you so much Locutus, great job with the pics. Crazy as hell that we should be having to compare death clouds! They have really stepped up spraying in Dallas, and I am hearing the same from people all over the US.

Comment by Locutus on August 24, 2010 at 3:22pm: Now here are some taken late last year. These are a bit different. Like some of Scott Stevens pictures above, a few of mine show clouds that seem to be "fuzzy" or "blurry"...This makes me think that whatever it is being used, aluminum/barium oxide, is creating a "blank white board" to do whatever they wish with by using HAARP to manuever the clouds, shape them, for whatever purpose. It starts here in California and the jet streams move them eastward.

Diabolical used to be a word I only heard on Batman...never used it before until now...flat diabolical!

Comment by Sweettina2 on August 20, 2010 at 3:04am: Hey Doc, good to see you. Swtnlovabl's blog post 'Russian Warns Of 'Secret' U.S. Climate Change Weapon', and Locutus, just schooled me on this. I was aware of chemtrails and HAARP, but needed to learn much more. Boy did I learn. Its just unbelievable that man has reached the realms of evil that it has...this is like something out of comic books or sci-fi movies.
A couple months ago I got severe bronchitis from the chemtrails in Dallas, two planes spraying at once...saw it. And I know what you mean, I see things and I think people would think I am crazy as hell if I told them this!
How long before the creator says enough?

Scott Stevens (born 1966) worked for many years as a local weatherman for the television station KPVI News Channel 6 in Pocatello, Idaho.

He gave his final broadcast on Thursday, September 22, 2005, to work full-time on his unique theories of the source of extreme weather events. He has become one of the largest proponents of a theory that events such as major hurricanes, such as Katrina, are actually being created by Japanese scientists (Yakuza weather engineering) using advanced weather modification technology obtained from the USSR during the cold war,[1][2] or by American deep black project scientists as countermeasures. On Stevens' website, he cites the research of Tom Bearden.

The views of Stevens and Bearden are far from the mainstream and have been described as "laughable"[3]. The vast majority of meteorologists believe that existing scientific theories explain major weather events adequately; Occam's razor suggests that there is no reason to presume the existence of advanced weather modification technology.

Weather control is a legitimate scientific study, with hundreds of scientists studying various methods for modifying weather patterns and several private companies selling methods to increase the probability of rain over certain areas. However, no mainstream published research has suggested the near-term possibility of the type of control over weather suggested by Stevens and Bearden.
