ATTN - The Clock Is Ticking - Geocities Is Going Offline Oct. 26, 2009 - BE PREPARED!
Sadly, Geocities is going offline and the clock is ticking and as this post was posted we only have 25 days until Geocities leaves the internet. That is over a 100,000 websites
going to be shut down cause of stupid Yahoo! thinking that everyone uses stupid my space, twitter, and this network. Geocities has alot of educational pages, but most
of them will leave the net. This part of the huge internet shutdown that started from
1995 and now has to end October 26, 2009 as of midnight. This is somewhat popular
famous shortwave hobby page called GCC Engineering Reference. This is the first day
of October, and I am listening to the FM radio while typing this. The good news is that I am working another page for the GCC Engineering Group and its going to be up on
google sites.
