I'd like to field this line of questioning Dr. Bill if you don't mind

Since the invention of warfare there has been a saying: "Divide and Conquer" and our opponent has (among other things) done exactly that. Other than being brainwashed into an "entitlement" mentality where the (LIE!) government will take care of us, the only thing that keeps us (We The People) in line is....fear. Legally you can't sue the government, and even worse, you can't fight the government. They will call out the national guard if they have to but ANY open resistance to ANY government official is dealt with as swiftly and as harshly as possible.

Think about it. How brave would you feel if you loaded up your gun collection and a case or three of ammunition and started driving to Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington DC? Not very brave I would assume.

What if you had nine of your buddies, similarly armed, behind you and each willing to die for the cause of Liberty if necessary? Not much braver than if you go alone I would assume. Let's further assume that one of your buddies just happens to have a case of LIVE hand grenades. Such military hardware is great stuff on the street, but won't even annoy an F-18 Fighter Jet or an M1-Abrams.

But what if you had 999 of your buddies behind you? What if among those buddies there was even an old but still serviceable WWII Sherman Tank complete with fully trained crew and live 76mm ammunition? The 'Abrams would chew it up and spit it out without even thinking about it. But at close quarters and hit the newer tank right in the ass and it SHOULD penetrate-- especially if you hit it more than once. Now, this is part of my point here-- you personally-- how much safer would you feel in attacking the Federal Government knowing that you could hide behind a thirty ton hunk of metal (the Sherman) as you made your way to Washington DC?

What if you had 9,999 of your buddies with you? You know...safe houses to hide in should you need to run away from a firefight that you are losing, a field hospital to bandage you up if you DO get shot, and air support a la napalm against the "opposing" troops/Secret Service? How much safer would you as a single person feel then? Especially compared to just you and a few rifles and a boxed lunch?

Why do you think they spend man-hours and dollars untold to infiltrate any sizable militia? You're right. Any one militia that can properly defend itself is of no consequence to the combined might of our Armed Services. That's not the point. The reason why they infiltrate all militias that they can find is because if one rises up in defense of "We The People", ALL of the others will have courage to do the same. To make an analogy, why does the electric company spend $1,000,000 to prosecute and imprison a guy stealing $100 worth of electricity? To keep everyone else from cheating on their electric bill.

They (the government) really defeat us by divide and conquer. Without strength in numbers, we lose the ONE thing that we need to start a revolution-- HOPE.
