Oh yeah girl! Their house of cards has fallen and the empire is on the run! There's no more money to steal, pillage, etc. They have their fingers in so many pies around the world trying to secure and control oil fields and natural resources.....that takes a lot of money. They've put the middle class out of business, no one left to float the boat.
