Blood and brain matter would have splattered everywhere. It's been open season for these false flag shootings all over the world. And what are the odds of so many happening in such a short period of time? Note the characteristic white smoke on the discharge of each round - this is typical of blank cartridges.
Blanks are intended to produce flash, report (noise - the 'bang') - and if black powder is used - smoke.

They look like they are shooting blanks to me...I provide the following as an example - 0:10-0:20 - AKM firing blanks in semi-auto.
