Bullets shot at Campaign office of Virginia Rep. Eric Cantor

news.gather.com

The Richmond campaign office of Virginia Rep. Eric Cantor has been shot at. In a statement released by the Republican, he said that he's been receiving "threatening emails"
and that "a bullet was shot through the window" of his office.

The shooting took place on Monday. As reported earlier here, 10 lawmakers are under federal protection for security issues relating to their
"yes" vote on the Health Care Bill.

Among those on the list is Eric Cantor. Most of the threats have come against Democrats. People thought that this health care bill wouldn't come to violence. This is
the kind of thing that could spark off widespread violence if they
don't get it under control and do something about it. One wrong bullet
hits somebody and the whole United States could be on the verge of
something bad. Let's hope the crazies don't come out and everyone
deals with their frustration over the health care bill sensibly.
