In fact, Christopher Strunk has filed a lawsuit against the State of New York concerning abortion claiming that this is a breach of the Governor's fiduciary duty to protect government collateral property under the continuing Emergency Banking Relief Act of 1933 under the continuing 86 year FOR Proclamation 2040 and that abortion is destroying property as booty dedicated as public property collateral for repayment of the debt.  patriots4truth.files.wordpress.com/2019/05/ces-declaration-in-opposition-to-fed-mtd-w-exhibits-51-88-filed-5-28-19.pdf

We know that birth records are bank notes. They have been assigned a value. Since we are all debtors, and only the Secured Party can access the value in the birth certificate account by using an Assignment of Account. I was doing that for State and Federal income taxes. Have not done them for a while I have two Assignments here that I never served on the IRS. They must be served by Certified Mail w/Return Receipt. This is proof they received it. You MUST have your Security Agreement on file with the Secretary of State of your state of residence. BTW, I had these Credit Repair lawyers in Salt Lake City, Lexington Law, challenge the IRS. They could not prove I owed the tax and were forced to withdraw the liens. My Credit Karma used to say "2" for Public Filings. Now it says "0". The proof is in the pudding.
