Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) refused to listen to the so-called medical experts following his COVID-19 diagnosis, and it very well may have saved his life.
“But, I’ve got to say, Chris, I got the hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin, the z-pak, and zinc, and vitamins, steroid nebulizer, and I’m telling you, it made a huge difference, a huge difference,” he added. “So, I’m doing so much better than I would have expected.”
Gohmert gives credit to President Trump and right-wing media voices like Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham who have put their necks out there to promote this controversial treatment that is being suppressed by the establishment.
“I’m grateful that people like the president, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, and so many others have talked about it: Hydroxychloroquine, it may not be the silver bullet to slay COVID, the China virus, the Wuhan virus, but it is a help to so many people,” Gohmert continued.
“Why would the non-doctors, Google, Twitter, Facebook, try to stop people from getting something that really does help people?” he asked.
“It certainly helped me,” Gohmert added.
Big League Politics reported a couple weeks back that Gohmert contracted the virus despite his increased compliance with mask mandates:
Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19, which the fake news media has attributed to his lack of using a face mask.
However, Gohmert says he tested positive for the disease after complying with mask mandates more than ever. He feels the mask usage did not protect him from getting the virus and may have even contributed to it.
He told reporters that it is “ironic” that he would catch COVID-19 now “because a lot of people have made a big deal out of my not wearing a mask a whole lot, but in the last week or two I have worn a mask more than I have in the whole last four months.”
“I can’t help but wonder if by keeping a mask on and keeping it in place, if I might have put some germs, some of the virus on the mask and breathed it in,” Gohmert said.
Gohmert is another living testimonial – similar to Michigan state representative Karen Whitsett of Detroit – that hydroxychloroquine saves lives, and the Big Pharma-backed medical establishment cannot be trusted
