Since 1997 Mark Levin, nationally syndicated conservatives talk show host, has called for Americans to end the IRS. Is it any wonder in light of the recent revelations as we have discovered that the IRS has been used as a tool of harassment and political bias to intimidate those who oppose administrations on Capitol Hill? Is it any wonder that Americans are tired of being terrified into tax compliance by a draconian agency that does not acknowledge Constitutional rights? Is it any wonder that those who are enlightened are angry over the federal government using fear and threats to confiscate our hard earned money to be thrown down a black hole of federal government deficit spending that is most likely funneled to liberal causes!

In opposition to our founding fathers

In a true Constitutional republic as America was originally intended, income taxes were not even allowed, smaller government, and less regulations were upheld in order to allow US citizens to practice their inalienable rights and right to pursue happiness as opposed to the tyranny of the Obama White House. Democrats use agencies like the IRS and EPA to terrorize employers and citizens into compliance with higher taxes, big government interference in our personal lives, and a level of control that the typical low information voter has little comprehension about.

The war against tyranny in the US

In 1999 Mark Levin, President of the Landmark Foundation faced off against the IRS who was being used by the Clinton administration to wreak havoc against conservative organizations like the Heritage Foundation, a US Constitutional advocacy non-profit entity. According to Mark, who has taken on the corruption of the IRS for more than 15 years, he was poised to litigate against them but for a number of corrupt actions by the federal judiciary. Evidence subpoenaed by the Landmark Foundation was mysteriously erased by being recorded over. Forensic attempts at recovering the damaging evidence against the IRS who was in the frenzied process of paper shredding, holding meetings on preventing damaging testimony, were thwarted by the fact that the requested tapes and files had been recorded over no less than 3 times. Was this a coincidence? I think not.

The Landmark Foundation was encumbered with further obstructions. They were precluded from prosecuting the Clinton administration regardless of the evidence that indicated guilt. The federal courts stood in the way of a fair trial against President Clinton’s use of the IRS as his hammer against conservative organizations! What information can we glean from all this historic law breaking by the IRS?

Why intimidate US citizens

Mark Levin’s point is that the agency will continue to terrorize US citizens, confiscate revenues to fund federal government overspending, and be used to intimidate the opposition of White Houses who will use the IRS to discourage the activism of politically oriented citizen’s groups, conservative or liberal. The IRS will continue to absorb billions in its own expenses while rewarding its corrupt and punitive officials for confiscating funds from Americans and intimidating politically active tax exempt organizations, who are exercising their Constitutional rights. Tea Party and Patriot organizations were effectively delayed and discouraged from operating thus paving the way for President Obama’s re-election campaign built upon vote unenforced vote fraud and voter suppression through IRS actions.

Violating the Constitution

As Mark Levin has stressed time and time again, there is no room in a Constitutional republic for the kind of fascist and statist hostility that targets all legal opposition to their agenda. Mark despises a government that tells people that the rich are immoral and have no right to their wealth therefore an agency like the IRS should be taxing them more punitively more thoroughly more in-line with the tactics of Communists who want the dominance of big government control. Government should never be allowed to be the architect of society, only the private sector should do that. However, the recent scandals uncovered by insiders and whistle blowers within the Obama White House have finally unleashed us from the blackouts of media reporting and the cover-up orchestrated by the Obama administration.

Calling for the end of a menace

It is time for a huge agency that has imprisoned American citizens, intimidated the innocent for political ends, and clearly violates the US Constitution to continue enforcing an incomprehensible tax code designed to be unintelligible to further coerce the people of America so that government can always force revenues from their pockets. There are alternatives that would not require an adverse agency that terrorizes the people while costing much less in order to assess taxes. A consumption tax that allows those who have more money to buy to be taxed by the volume they purchase, not for the fact that they are rich or politically convenient by Stalinists. Those who do not have that kind of money would be taxed with less frequency since they would not purchase as often. This would be implemented like a national sales tax rather than a confusing and hostile form of revenue confiscation that forced Americans to tremble at the thought of compliance and filling out complicated returns that have a disclaimer warning them that under federal law they can be fined or imprisoned if the content of their tax return is found to be fraudulent! Thus, waving the Fifth Amendment rights that IRS official Lois Lerner is hiding behind in order to keep from testifying in front of Republican subcommittees she has already lied to!

Tyrannical agency must end

According to Mark Levin, the IRS outlived its usefulness a long time ago and must be stopped. The growth of this agency and use of this dinosaur to implement Obamacare will cause our society to shift from a freedom loving culture to a heavily government controlled existence that has stupidly given into the false promises of bureaucrats in the Democrat Party who have advocated the iron fisted control of our society for decades by an out of control federal government so that their perverse agenda can be unquestioningly imposed upon their subject whether they like it or not! End the IRS. Contact your Congressmen and Senators and let them know a new system much emerge from the recent proof of corruption and bureaucratic overreach!
