JERUSALEM (CBS/AP) An Israeli cult leader and polygamist, Goel Ratzon, husband to 21 and father to 49, was indicted by an Israeli court Sunday, on multiple counts of enslavement, rape, incest and sodomy.

Prosecutors allege that Ratzon positioned himself as a savior and omnipotent being in order to entrap and enslave at least 21 women in a cult-like family. The women bore him 49 children and he kept the entire family isolated from the world in his compound-like collection of buildings outside Tel Aviv.

Several women have come forward since his arrest in January with details of their unconventional lives, describing their attraction to the man with flowing, long white hair. Some of the women have said they found him irresistible, and said in recent interviews that he connected with them spiritually.
The 25-page indictment provided a disturbing view into life in the compound, accusing the 60-year-old Ratzon of setting himself up as a "godlike" figure with healing powers and the ability to cast curses, who preyed on troubled women while treating them like "chattel."

The indictment goes on to allege that Ratzon raped and sodomized two of his daughters, sexually assaulted another daughter, and raped, assaulted and sodomized four other girls, according to CNN.

LOL@Lee you are right. Another fine example on feeble-ish sheeple-ish behavior is the concentration camps a few guards and a few hired helpers could control 10-100's of thousands even though they woundn't even have enough ammo to kill em all.

but let us also remember... that the children of this sick fuck were totally helpless. They had no choice because they were brought into the world by their parents and who would have known the father would be such a sick, sadist, sonofabitch? And he violated other children too? Why didn't the Israeli Govt pick up on this sooner? Something is sooo fishy about this story.

Daniel... they prey after very vulnerable people to begin with. If you have ever been vulnerable in you life, you seek someone to pick you up out of the doldrums and lift you up. If one is weak of mind in there vulnerability, they are easier to manipulate and control. It is what it is unfortunately.
