An old fellow told me a similar story when I was handing out information with wearechangeseattle and wearing my "9-11 was an inside job" jacket. Unfortunately I think he may have told me the story because he figured that maybe a conspiracy theorist would actually believe him for a change.

This kind of thing is rampant in FL. It is a little business in most all the counties involving the local sheriff to the judges, and everyone in between. They all split the spoils. I suppose it happens in other states but I know of whistle blowers in FL. and the consequences of the actions they took. You notice... it is still going on. I don't think the paperwork already in place saves anyone either. If there is no one visible to care for the people targeted the state just swoops in and takes them prisoner. If there is a family they find out after the fact.... I realize that is not the case here but it still is not being handled correctly. I too hope an attorney will help.... it will have to be someone not on the "payroll" though.
WTF??????? This really pisses me off to the core! Talk about robbing and taking advantage of an elderly couple! They need an honest lawyer willing to work for nothing and sue the hell out of the state!
