FBI's Lawyer Says Modernizing Surveillance Law For Real-Time Online Snooping Is A 'Top Priority' In 2013

The FBI’s "top priority" in 2013 is to modernize surveillance law so authorities can monitor in real time the Web activities of Americans suspected of committing crimes, the FBI’s general counsel said.

At a luncheon for the American Bar Association in Washington last week, Andrew Weissman said that a 1994 federal law designed to help law enforcement conduct lawful surveillance was not keeping up with modern forms of communication.

I would think the son of a bitch's top priority would be arresting the 9-11perps and the Fukushima saboteurs. Maybe then take a moment to nail the Wall Street looters and the scum waging HAARP warfare on the U.S.. But, that's just me. It must be a fucking gas out there in Disneyland! And Henry Kissinger, that sucker to my right on the 12160 page here. Arrest him!! He has had thousands murdered in at least a dozen different countries and has this many nations' warrants on his pig head to prove it!!

So the new terror threat is: the Tea Party, gun owners, war veterans, Ron/Rand Paul supporters, libertarians, and all political enemies of the fake liberal communist take over, that believe in the constitution and have the wherewithal to identify out of control corruption, with some level of competence and intellectual acuity.

F*cki# amazing.

Good point Alan. Borders are wide open and they push for legalizing millions of illegals, even though according to them we have al qaeda hiding under all of our beds.

Borders wide open, illegals get health care and public assistance/welfare at the drop of a hat, al qaeda lurking everywhere, even your underpants, yet, they want to spy on us,US citizens, born in this country.

That's brilliant bullshit.

White America is the new terror threat.

You know it's funny how since the World Trade Center demolition people say "9/11" as if it actually means something. Good job helping them spread their propaganda and their virulent defective memes.

This has to be unconstitutional!! You know its funny how since 9/11 they have started treating all Americans as terrorists. Its really got me wondering why and the more I think about it,Im thinking that some American intelligence agency or armed forces department or both had some thing to do qwith that. It just dosent make any sense how foreigners can come and go as they please but Americans going places,we gotta show paper work and pay taxes to a government that is unconstitutional.frauds, thieves, against the constitution and Bill of Rights and against us in general,so whats gives, really The National Enquirer wants to know.

Well,  Has anyone heard of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act on 1986?   Snooping is ILLEGAL no matter who the person is.
