ATK, the company now infamous for supplying upwards of 750 million rounds of .40 caliber hollow point ammunition to the Department of Homeland Security, has just secured a $266 million dollar contract to supply ammunition to the U.S. Army.
“Alliant Techsystems Inc. ( ATK) has entered into an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“IDIQ”) contract worth $266 million with the U.S. Army. Per the contract, the company will supply small caliber ammunition, including 5.56mm, 7.62mm and .50-caliber cartridges.
This ammunition will be manufactured in Alliant’s Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, Missouri.
The U.S. Army and the company have jointly invested$276 million in the modernization of the facility. As a result, the company has already been able to scale up the new 5.56mm cartridge production under the Enhanced Performance Round as known to the U.S. Defense, ” reported Zacks.com.
While this order is obviously much less startling than a domestic agency ordering millions of rounds of hollow point ammo, the fact that in 2008 the Pentagon announced plans to deploy a 20,000 strong internal military force inside the continental United States to be ready by 2011 makes this recent order at least worthy of discussion.
In a report published last year by theintelhub.com, this fact was heavily explored.
In 2008 The Pentagon announced plans to deploy a 20,000 strong internal troop force inside the continental United States (CONUS) that was set to be trained by 2011, thus dovetailing into the current troop and equipment movements around the country reported by truckers as well as many more troop sightings by everyday citizens.
Interestingly enough, this plan directly correlates with a 2009, Army funded, Rand Corporation study that called for an internal United States police force to combat civil unrest.
When you add the above facts with the recent photo of the U.S. Army training inside neighborhoods in what can only be described as plans to take on the American people as well as the Infowars report on Army reeducation camps in America, a startling picture emerges.
“According to a report and post at The Libertarian Review, fully armed soldiers from the Minnesota National Guard, Unit 2-136 CAB (B Company) were photographed patrolling the streets of Crookston, MN.”
The report on Army reeducation camps outlines plans to literally pacify political dissents. (some have claimed that the document is not for use in the U.S. but all evidence and past history points to that being a disinformation talking point.)
“The document, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF) was originally released on a restricted basis to the DoD in February 2010, but has now been leaked online.
The manual outlines policies for processing detainees into internment camps both globally and inside the United States. International agencies like the UN and the Red Cross are named as partners in addition to domestic federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA.”
You can listen to a video breakdown of the document below:
Again, a $266 million dollar order by the U.S. Army is and should be normal but when you consider the literal hundreds of examples of their attempted use on the American people, including the shocking ones above, this order could very well mean more than more ammunition to fight “terrorists” outside the U.S.
