I am not an expert or a doctor. But I have had experience with depression and healing myself. I talk about all the things I did to pull out of the doldrums. This video is specifically geared toward people who are "awake." http://radiomysterium.com/

It is important to let your mind recover from the often shocking information in order to not fall in depression and helplessness. We should not just keep on getting more and more bad news, but rather find ways to do something about the problems, talk to people, and relax every once and a while.
