Sheriff Larry Dever and Border Sheriffs Need Your Help
To Continue Their Battle Against Illegal Immigration
 Hello again.
If you live in or near Cochise County, we are probably already acquainted in some way. We may have met on the streets or remote roadways, or in the grocery store. And even if we haven't already met, you've probably heard about the double barreled assault I and my community are facing.
I say 'double barreled' because not only are we faced with a dangerous, unrelenting flow of illegal aliens across the border, but we are also under assault from the highest levels of our own government - who would rather we look the other way... Our duty to protect American citizens and enforce the law be damned.
But my fellow border sheriffs and I would never do that!
So, over the last several months, I have unintentionally become a part of history, as I am told.
I am a sheriff…
To me that means I ENFORCE the law.
I don’t make the laws, I don’t favor one set of people over another, hate anyone or ask for any special favors from my friends and family.
Evidently, Washington has a different idea of what “Law Enforcement” is supposed to look like.
According to Barack Obama, Janet Napolitano and Eric Holder, I and my deputies are not supposed to ENFORCE the law anymore and now these pampered, polished, Washington “intellectuals” have gone one step too far- they’ve officially taken the side of the CRIMINALS in the fight over Arizona’s border war!!
My friend, I intentionally used the word “war”, because that’s exactly what we’re fighting down here- and it’s a battle that the Federal Government has gone AWOL from.
Actually, worse than that, they are rooting for the criminals and targeting American citizens!
I can’t tell you what it’s like laying my head down at night knowing that I’m being opposed -EVEN NAMED IN A LAWSUIT- by my own Government, as well as the anti-American ACLU.
I had almost lost hope- almost given up- when I was introduced to the good people at The Border Sheriffs Project.
"There are millions of Americans in every state of the union ready to stand with you" they told me.
WE ARE PERFECTLY PREPARED AND ABLE TO WIN THIS WAR ON OUR OWN- BUT WITH OUR OWN GOVERNMENT SUPPORTING OUR ENEMIES, WE NEED SERIOUS BACK UP - WE NEED YOU.
If the border Sheriffs can count you on the side of law enforcement, I and my family are forever in your debt.
And with patriotic, courageous Americans joining us in battle against OBAMA, the ACLU and the PROillegal immigration left, then I have hope and renewed courage to fight another day.

I get up every morning, put on my uniform, do my duty and try to make a difference here in Cochise County.
I don’t have the resources to fight this federal lawsuit by myself- I am not a lawyer, and I’m not independently wealthy.
The good people at The Border Sheriffs Project are experts in coming to the aid of folks like me and my good friend Sheriff Paul Babeau when we are attacked in the courts with lawsuits like the ones launched against us by Barack Obama’s pro-illegal alien administration in Washington.
Do you think these ultra-liberal radicals in Washington understand what they’ve done?
Do you think they care that here in Arizona people are DYING because of their political tricks to win illegal alien votes?
Or do you think they just don’t care?
Whatever the reason, all I can tell you is that it’s hard to lay my head down to sleep knowing that some of the most powerful politicians in the country are coming after me – just for doing my duty.
But if you’ve taken the time to read this far, I believe you care enough to help if you can.
I don’t know what your financial situation is, friend, and quite frankly it’s none of my business.
But if you’re one of the few folks who can help with a gift on a larger scale- more in the $50 or $100 range, it sure would mean a lot right now.
I don’t know if you’ve ever been involved in a lawsuit, but boy do the bills add up fast- now think about being involved in a suit against one of the highest ranking officials in Washington or against a massive group like the ACLU (who, incidentally, is funding THEIR side with YOUR TAX DOLLARS!!!)
…now you might start to get an idea of why it’s getting tough to sleep at night.
I’ll close with this…
The other side might have the strength of the corrupt Federal Government behind them…
They might have an army of slick ACLU lawyers to throw at us…
But we have the Constitution on our side!!
And just as importantly, I hope and pray I have you on my side, too.
I am doing all I can to get this message out, like a signal flare from Arizona.
We need your help down here- not just to win a lawsuit- but to go on protecting our Border, our community, and every community in America- because the illegal’s who cross the border into Arizona don’t just stay here- they find their way to every state, every community and every neighborhood in America- including yours.
I can’t wait to see if its true- I cant wait to see if you really are willing to stand with me, my family and the rest of the Border Sheriffs like they say you are.
