"Anne and Hollie Greig have lost their right to appeal the high court judgement. This means they now have to go to the SS secret closed family courts. This is not good, Hollie could be taken into care. Today was pretty much their last hope. They put Robert away for many reasons, but one of them was so that the people who have joined the campaign could not put all their energy into Justice for Hollie, as they would have to fight Roberts's case as well".       "Just heard from Belinda. As you can imagine, she's snowed under with people demanding her time right now. Here's the latest she told me... this hearing was to try and stave off the legal machine waged against Anne & Hollie. Obviously, it failed. This means the case of Shropshire Council and Anne & Hollie goes back to the (secret) Family Courts. An 'Interim Declaration of Incapacity' was declared today, thereby sending the case back to the Family Courts. There were technical issues with evidence etc. Anne & Hollie remain safely TOGETHER and are on their way home with no immediate threat of them being separated. From the point of view of the campaign and the growing public awareness, today was a 101% success!!!"
