'He Needs Our Help'...

     NORMAN'S HOME WAS ILLEGALLY RAIDED IN OCTOBER 2011 AND NOT LONG AFTER HIS RELEASE FROM JAIL, - BY THE POLICE AS AN EXCUSE TO GAIN ENTRY AND CONFISCATE HIS COMPUTER, MOBILE PHONE [THUS ALL HIS CONTACTS - SO KNOW WHO WHO ETC.] AND APPEALS PAPERS - WITHOUT THESE IMPORTANT TOOLS AT HAND, HE HAS BEEN VIRTUALLY SILENCED - HE CAN'T FIND ALL HIS CONTACTS - AND THIS IS OBVIOUSLY MAKING IT VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM TO DEFEND HIMSELF IN THIS CASE.

     As reported before about the dreadful treatment 86 year old Norman has had to endure for the last 17years, and when after many campaigned to get him released from Leeds jail last August 2011, - he was then hoodwinked into believing that the damsel in distress whom had tricked Norman into thinking he was helping her Granny to move in down the hall, - when in fact, this women was an uncover police officer, whom was accompanied by 8 or so other police officers, - whom had conspired with an housing officer and employee of his landlords Incommunities Ltd, whom Norman has now publicly announced and named the housing officer involved, - as he had only kept these details between himself and Incommunities Ltd, and has now decided to disclose this information, as he is due in court in the morning, and would like you to understand what he is really going through...

1)    The letter from your Beverley Mullaney dated 3^rd November 2011 (ref 13482) reached me on the 4^th.  In it, she tells me, inter alia, that Anvil Court Warden Jackie Pullan admits she did wrong in using her master key to enter my flat on 4^th July 2011 (knowing I would not be there), rummaging through my clothes to find the keys which were attached to my trousers, & handing those keys to another resident, that Mrs Pullan wishes to apologise to me, that Mrs Mullaney herself apologises on behalf of Incommunities & that Mrs Pullan’s misconduct will be dealt with through the ‘internal complaints procedures’.   

2)    However, the unlawful entry on 4^th July 2011 becomes much more sinister in the light of recent events, as detailed in my NEW complaint - ABOUT CONDUCT WHICH IS INFINITELY WORSE!
COMPLAINT:

3)    The world knows that earlier this year a man in police uniform massacred about 90 people in Norway.  In Britain, the Rimmington Place serial killer was a police officer.  There are more than a few criminals who wear police uniforms.   All too many people nowadays are brainwashed to such an extent that they do not know the difference between Right & Wrong.  Only those who glory in being part of the Police State believe that the police should be able to do whatever they wish.  

4)    You probably know that some criminals use prostitutes to lure victims to where they can be beaten up & robbed. 

5)     That another type of crime is so prevalent in modern Britain is a most terrible blot on the face of the nation.  Murderous attacks on the old & vulnerable, almost unheard of until the 1960s, are now an everyday occurrence. 

6)    The main point in my manifesto when I stood for Parliament as an Independent Old Age Pensioner in 1997 (& also in my book, ‘CAUSE for CONCERN’, published the same year) was my concern at the LACK of concern by regular politicians (or the people) at these despicable crimes.

7)    One attempt to reduce such attacks was the provision of 'Sheltered' Housing, such as you purport to provide at Anvil Court, designed & (supposedly) run in such a way that the old & vulnerable would have at least a degree of protection from unwanted callers, or those who would do them harm.

8)    That is the essence of the contract between us.  To say you have 'breached that contract' would be the understatement of the century! 

9)    Criminals only need to wear uniforms (as did the man in Norway) &/or say they were police, & Incommunities will allow them free access to what is SUPPOSED to be a protective, sheltered, environment & home.  

10)  INFINITELY worse however, is the fact that you entered into an illegal conspiracy (over days or weeks?) to devise a story whereby a prostitute could lure me from the security of my flat.  The story was that her ‘grandmother’ was moving in next door, & needed (unspecified) help with her refrigerator.   You also gave the thugs access to the empty flat next door to hide in, so that FOUR of them could lay in wait, then, as I answered the request for help,  pounce on me, snap handcuffs on & drag me off to the Bradford version of Moscow’s Lubyanka.   

11)  Allowed home after 14 hours of torment, I found that corrupt police had stolen my computer & my mobile phone.  That Incommunities Ltd should collude in this is diabolical!

12)  Bad enough to do it to anyone, but that you should be involved in such a treacherous crime against an 86 year old World War II Veteran (one of those men who suffered great hardship & faced great danger to give YOU the Freedom which you now enjoy), indicates that you are without either shame, conscience or soul, & certainly do not know the difference between right & wrong!  You purport to show your ‘gratitude’ to those like me by wearing a poppy around November 11^th:  What a charade!

13)  Would you please inform me (a) which person allowed these criminals entry to Anvil Court, (b) which person authorised it, (c) which person/s were involved in the conspiracy with the criminals, (d) when they first started to devise the treacherous scheme, & (e) whether a warrant to enter or search Anvil Court was ever produced?
