Too funny..... hey, you just never know, it could work, lol. We've got an oil gusher that needs to be plugged and with all the hot air coming out of most in DC, this would be a perfect way to shut em and plug em up, permanently. Like Rahm once said, never let a good crisis go to waste. Hey Rahmbo, you said it first.
