DOVER -- Police say they are advising people to stay indoors with their windows shut and their air conditioners off after a spill at Dover Chemical.
Police say there is no indication yet on what chemical is involved in the spill.
Police say they have received reports from residents of a vapor cloud following the spill. Efforts are underway to suppress the chemical cloud.
The company is located in an industrial park that is situated right alongside Interstate 77 in northern Tuscarawas County.
The interstate is closed in both directions between Strasburg and New Philadelphia. Detours are being posted.
No evacuations have been ordered. The first calls for the spill came in at 9:20 a.m.

They have more in store still to come. Yet they are supposed to be locked up,lol, lol.
Yep. That place is RIGHT along the Interstate; also a Veterinary Hospital there, where I have taken Ellie for treatment on a few issues. (More serious than the normal farm vet, but not Ohio State level - Dovert Vet Hospital is pretty good.) SCARY.
